Products and Hair Quality
We sell bundles, braiding hair, crochet hair, and lace closures in various textures and lengths.
All our hair is 100% human hair.
We offer Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Water Wave textures.
Our hair comes in lengths from 14 to 24 inches.
We offer Natural Black (1B), Colour 4 (Dark Brown), and Colour 27 (Honey Blonde).
Each bundle weighs approximately 100 grams.
1-2 bundles for boho braids, 2 bundles for a natural look, 3 bundles for a fuller look, and 3-4 bundles for maximum volume.
Bulk hair is loose hair without a weft, ideal for braiding styles.
Crochet hair is pre-looped hair that can be installed using the crochet method with cornrows.
A lace closure is a hairpiece with hair hand-tied to a lace base. 5x5 refers to the size in inches (5 inches by 5 inches), providing coverage at the crown or parting area.
Choosing the Right Hair
Straight gives a sleek look, Body Wave offers soft waves, Deep Wave provides defined curls, and Water Wave creates flowing curls.
Hair length is measured from root to tip when stretched straight.
Curly and wavy textures shrink when styled, so they appear shorter than their actual stretched length.
Bundles and closures are ideal for sew-ins and wigs. Bulk hair works for boho braids and other braiding styles.
Yes, we recommend consulting with a professional stylist to determine the best texture, length, and quantity for your desired style.
Hair Care
Use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle from ends to roots, apply heat protectant before styling, air dry when possible, and sleep with a satin bonnet or pillowcase.
Wash every 1-2 weeks or as needed, depending on product buildup and lifestyle.
Yes, but always use a heat protectant and keep temperatures below 180°C to prevent damage.
Yes, our 100% human hair can be coloured or bleached. We recommend having this done by a professional stylist.
Minimal shedding is normal. Tangling can occur from lack of moisture, friction, or not detangling regularly. Use leave-in conditioner and detangle gently.
Sleep with a satin or silk bonnet or on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling.
Store in a cool, dry place in a satin bag or the original packaging to maintain quality.
Avoid products with sulphates, heavy silicones, and high alcohol content as they can dry out and damage the hair.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused hair within 14 days of delivery.
No, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, installed, or coloured hair for hygiene reasons.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours at beautybylin2022@yahoo.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
