The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have.
Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under consumer law.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returned items must generally be in the same condition in which they were received and should include their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Please note that certain sealed goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal after the seal has been broken where the goods are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by us. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection rules, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
